This gallery brings together images from my visits to CERN — the European Organization for Nuclear Research — during the official Photowalks and contests held in 2020 and 2025.


These rare opportunities opened the doors to one of the most fascinating scientific facilities in the world. From particle detectors hidden deep underground to the vast accelerator complexes and control rooms, every corner revealed the scale and ambition of humanity’s quest to understand the universe.


Photographing CERN was as much about capturing the science as it was about the people behind it — the engineers, researchers, and technicians whose work keeps the world’s largest particle physics laboratory running.


This collection reflects the beauty of cutting-edge science: the geometry of massive machines, the complexity of cables and magnets, and the quiet moments of focus that make discovery possible.
