a glimpse of swissness


This collection brings together a series of photographs that capture the many faces of Switzerland, from its quiet valleys to its high alpine peaks. Each image reflects a particular mood, season or natural moment that reveals the country’s unique character.


Glacial lakes with turquoise water, snow covered mountains, autumn forests glowing with color, the rising moon above the ridges and the warm evening light over Lake Geneva all contribute to a visual journey through Switzerland’s diverse landscapes. Some scenes are grand and dramatic, others are intimate and delicate, but all of them highlight the beauty that can be found in everyday moments.


These “Swiss flavours” are not meant to define the country, but to offer a taste of the many atmospheres that shape it. They celebrate the serenity, the strength and the constant change of the Swiss environment, inviting the viewer to pause, breathe and look a little closer.
