A Short but Very British Escape
This short trip began in London, where I set out to capture everything that felt quintessentially British — from iconic red buses and black cabs to elegant rows of townhouses, cozy pubs, and the timeless charm of afternoon tea. The city’s mix of tradition and modernity was everywhere, from royal landmarks to lively street corners.
After London, I headed to Oxford for a tour of its legendary colleges. Wandering through cobblestone streets and passing under ancient archways, I admired the city’s stunning architecture — soaring spires, grand quadrangles, and libraries that seem unchanged for centuries.
Both London and Oxford revealed their own character: London buzzing with energy, Oxford steeped in history and quiet elegance. Together, they offered a perfect glimpse into what makes England so unique — a blend of heritage, culture, and timeless style.
