Western USA Road Trip
This two-week adventure took us on a spectacular loop through the American West, starting and ending in Los Angeles.
From the City of Angels, we headed north along the legendary Pacific Coast, driving one of the most scenic roads in the world. San Francisco welcomed us with its iconic Golden Gate Bridge and cable cars, before we detoured into the vineyards of Napa Valley for a taste of California’s wine country.
Turning inland, we explored the giant sequoias of Sequoia National Forest and the crystal waters of Lake Tahoe before crossing into the surreal landscapes of Yosemite National Park.
The second part of the journey brought us into the deserts of the Southwest: the vastness of Death Valley, the mysteries of Area 51, and the iconic Route 66. We stood on the edge of the Grand Canyon, wandered through the narrow walls of a slot canyon, and soaked in the endless horizons that define this part of the country.
This loop through the western United States was a perfect blend of dramatic coastlines, soaring mountains, and wild desert landscapes — a road trip that captured the true spirit of the American West.
